Alpha Capital Partners acquired Surgery Center of Ocala (Fla.) and an unspecified medical device design and development property.
Here's what you should know:
1. Surgery Center of Ocala is a multispecialty ASC.
2. The center was built in 1999 and is 12,491 square feet.
3. The surgery center has four operating rooms and two procedure rooms. It sits on more than two acres of land.
4. Alpha Capital Partners also acquired a medical device facility. It has more than 300 employees and sits on more than 3.5 acres of land. The facility has 20,000 square feet of office space and 40,000 square feet of industrial space.
