Tarzana Medical Plaza, a medical office building in Los Angeles, was acquired for $30 million, ConnectCre reported Oct. 24.
The 75,000-square-foot property was acquired by Agora Realty & Management.
The building's tenants include Renton, Wash.-based health system Providence and pharmaceutical company Unilab.
