Laser Spine Institute Launches New Minimally Invasive Procedures

Laser Spine Institute, a leader in minimally invasive spine surgery, has launched two new surgical procedures aimed at bridging the treatment gap and better meeting patients' medical needs, according to a Market Watch report.

LSI's AAAHC-accredited ASCs will now perform RegenaDISC® and Minimally Invasive Stabilization, offering patients an alternative to complicated and sometimes risky open-back surgeries.

RegenaDISC® combines the most advanced minimally invasive spine surgery techniques with the healing of stem cell treatment. The procedure uses stem cell tissue transplantation to treat the root causes of back pain.

MIS provides an alternative to open spinal fusion. It is an outpatient procedure including cervical and lumbar minimally invasive spine fusion procedures. It is a muscle-sparing procedure designed to treat severe spine issues, including spinal stenosis and instability, myelomalacia and unstable spine.
