Becton, Dickinson and Company has the launched BD Emerald Syringe set of products that contain less material to address environmental impact, according to a news release by the company.
The new products include the BD Emerald Conventional Syringe, Emerald Saf-T Syringe and the Emerald PRO Reuse Prevention Syringe.
All syringes in the BD Emerald Syringe product family are designed to reduce medical waste effects.
