Amerinet, a national healthcare solutions organization, has announced it has launched a new tool intended to help its members plan and track key performance indicators, according to a news release.
Amerinet PathView is designed to capture a number of key metrics including FTEs per adjusted occupied bed, inpatient revenue percentage and supply expense per adjusted patient day, and "ties them together in a single view, providing comprehensive decision support that can improve performance results," according to the release.
"In this time of healthcare reform, our members have a strong reliance on data and metrics to plan and track their performance" said Curtis Miller, chief information officer for Amerinet, in the release. "Measuring performance allows healthcare providers to objectively determine what is working and what is not. Amerinet PathView provides a single, consistent high-level view of the member’s performance as an organization along with established benchmarks. In addition, users can drill down to a more granular view."
