The Wisconsin Hospital Association developed a team building exercise designed to help employees develop a clear vision for great team work in a creative way.
Using unwanted magazines, small groups of employees can cut and paste words and pictures onto a sheet to exemplify what they believe a great team and work environment should look like in order to achieve optimum performance. The creative pieces can then be posted in a common area to remind employees about team work.
