Oral Care With Chlorhexidine Associated With Decreased Risk of VAP

Researchers have concluded use of antiseptics, such as chlorhexidine, during oral care reduced the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia, according to research published in the Journal of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
