Joint Commission Offers Reducing Readmissions Consulting Service

Joint Commission Resources, an affiliate of The Joint Commission, has launched a Reducing Readmissions Consulting service.

The Reducing Readmissions Consulting service will use JCR's experience working with hospitals through CMS' Partnership for Patients initiative and other programs to help hospitals reduce readmissions.
