2. Through the acquisition, Castle Connolly's Top Doctors and Top Hospitals lists can reach Everyday Health's monthly web audience of more than 53 million health consumers and 780,000 practicing providers.
3. Everyday Health runs the media platforms Everyday Health, MedPage Today and What to Expect. Everyday Health is a division of J2 Global.
4. The Castle Connolly team will be based at Everyday Health Group's New York City headquarters.
