FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, N.C., has been taken off immediate jeopardy status after improving its surgical fire prevention policies and procedures, according to a report by The Pilot.
The hospital was placed on immediate jeopardy status earlier this month due to findings by CMS that operating room staff did not adhere to proper fire prevention policies and procedures.
