The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality announced the online submission system for the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Clinician & Group Survey Database is now open at https://cahpsdatabase.ahrq.gov/CGDSS/.
The CG-CAHPS survey assesses patients' experience during physician visits. Providers can submit the surveys to the CAHPS database and view data for benchmarking.
This submission period is for CG-CAHPS Survey data collected during the six-quarter period from October 2011 through March of 2013. Five CG-CAHPS Survey versions will be supported.
Submission is open through May 31.
