The Ambulatory Surgery Center Association has chosen SPH Analytics, a population health manager, as its partner for ASC surveys.
The ASC patient experience survey measures patient experience with services rendered at an ASC. Through the new partnership, ASCA members who use an SPH Analytics survey will receive discounted rates that include dashboard analytics and survey administration.
Patient survey results can be helpful in identifying operational areas for improvement for an ASC.
"SPH Analytics has already demonstrated that its expertise in survey administration and advanced analytics can be a valuable resource for ASCA’s members,” said ASCA CFO John Greenwich. “We are confident they will help our members obtain valuable insights into their patients’ experiences, and we’re pleased to be able to build on our affinity partnership with SPH to help ASCs conduct these additional surveys."
