The following is an ordering of states based on the percentage of Medicare hospital admissions per 100,000 beneficiaries for ambulatory care sensitive conditions, starting with the least number of admissions.

Figures are rounded to the nearest hundredth of a percent and are adapted from the Commonwealth Fund's Health System Data Center.
