The "Review of Physician and Advanced Practitioner Recruiting Incentives" report for 2023, published July 24, gathered data based on contracts or incentive packages used by hospitals, medical groups and other facilities in real-world recruiting engagements.
Here are the top 10 most-requested searches by specialty, based on a representative sample of 2,676 permanent physician search engagements AMN Healthcare had ongoing or was engaged to conduct from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023.
