Surgical Notes launched a new version of the SNChart transcription management portal.
The key details to know:
1. The main changes to the platform include the addition of color-coded status indicators, enhanced security, expanded search options and a simplified user experience.
2. The new version of the platform went live in October 2018.
3. "We saw an opportunity to differentiate ourselves from other transcription service providers by delivering a more modern design and easier-to-use application with insights that help users make measurable business decisions," said Nathan Hess, chief technology officer for Surgical Notes.
