SCA operating cash flow reaches $78M, Regent Surgical Health partners with Alaska ASC & more — 6 key notes on ASC companies

Here are six updates on ASC companies.

During the second quarter of 2015, AmSurg acquired two ASCs and finished the quarter with 205 centers. AmSurg had two centers under development at the end of the quarter, and one center is expected to open in late 2015.

Regent Surgical Health partnered with the Surgery Center of Wasilla in Alaska. Regent will provide care for patients in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley located 45 miles outside Anchorage.

Surgical Care Affiliates' operating cash flow was $78.1 million for the second quarter of 2015, up $35.9 million from the same quarter the year prior.

Hospital Corporation of America shares traded at $72.95 during the week of Oct. 12 to Oct. 16, down 3.02 percent.

Medical Facilities reported a payout ratio of 72.8 percent during the second quarter of 2015 compared with 91.5 percent in the same period the year prior.

During the second quarter of 2015, Tenet Healthcare's Conifer Healthcare Solutions’ EBITDA reached $60 million, up 36.4 percent from $44 million during the second quarter of 2014.
