Norwalk (Conn.) Hospital will hold a gala to benefit its new ambulatory surgery center Sept. 27, according to a report from Canaiden.
The gala will honor the McGraw family (of McGraw Hill Companies), philanthropists who gifted the hospital $10 million in 2012 to build the Anne P. and Harold W. McGraw, Jr. Center, an ambulatory care pavilion within the hospital.
The new ASC is still under construction and will open its doors January 2015, according to the report.
