Bob Zasa: The usual culprits: dropping reimbursements, bundling, under-insured patients, rising practice costs.

Q: What are the best practices doing today to ensure success going forward?

BZ: Anything that advances economical and effective care, independence from hospitals and equity sharing in ASC’s, as long as the ASC can be viable.
