A 3,049-square-foot medical office building in Santa Monica, Calif., has sold for just under $5 million, according to a May 10 report from ConnectCRE.
The property was sold by 520 Arizona Ave. and purchased by 528 Arizona Owner.
The property was purchased as part of a land assemblage for the development of a mixed-use project, according to the report.
