1. Seeking ASC partners with scaled networks that cover a substantial portion of their membership footprint
2. Increasing the professional fee portion of the ASC reimbursement rate to augment physician payments while keeping total procedure costs low
3. Reducing out-of-network procedure volume as payers adjust benefit structures
