The lowest-rated Medicare Advantage plans

Centene, Humana and UnitedHealthcare have some of the lowest-rated Medicare Advantage plans for customer satisfaction in their markets, according to J.D. Power's annual Medicare Advantage Study, published Aug. 20.

J.D. Power reviewed the average customer rating for MA plans on a 1,000-point scale, with the average rating being 652.

Here are the lowest-rated MA plans by market:

Wellcare: 580 

Illinois 

Wellcare: 526 

Michigan 

Humana: 612 

New York

Humana: 596 

North Carolina

Humana: 644 

Ohio

UnitedHealthcare: 652

Humana: 635

Wellcare: 552
