Oscar Health raised $165 million in another fundraising round, CNBC reports.

1. Founders Fund led the financing round. Alphabet's Capital G growth investment arm and its Verily life sciences segment also participated.
2. The insurance startup was co-founded by Joshua Kushner, Kevin Nazemi and Mario Schlosser. Mr. Nazemi is no longer with the company.
3. The latest round brings the company's valuation up to $3.2 billion, up from its last valuation of $2.7 billion.
