Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield New Hampshire's Pathway Network includes about 87 percent of the state's ASCs — and now, all but two hospitals in the state.
Here's what you should know:
1. Concord (N.H.) Hospital and Concord Hospital Medical Group joined Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield's Pathway Network in New Hampshire Oct. 1.
2. The Pathway Network now includes 24 out of 26 hospitals in New Hampshire, as well as hospitals in Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont.
3. The statewide Pathway Network also includes about 95 percent of primary care providers and specialists and 98 percent of ancillary providers.
4. Anthem offered individual health plans on New Hampshire's health insurance marketplace since it opened in 2014.
