South Miami-based Baptist Health South Florida signed an agreement with Aetna to cover its commercial health plan members. Aetna members will have access to Baptist Health Surgery Center at Northpoint in West Palm Beach, Fla., Baptist Health Surgery Center at South Palm in Boca Raton, Fla., and Baptist Health Endoscopy Center at Flagler in West Palm Beach.
Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health secured new contracts with Anthem Blue Cross for its 65 hospitals, medical groups and outpatient surgery centers.
After Knoxville, Tenn.-based Tennova Healthcare notified patients its contract with UnitedHealthcare had expired, Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic reassured patients and referring physicians that its facilities would remain in network in March. Read more.

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare Corp. signed a multiyear agreement with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Tenet also signed agreements with Humana and Cigna.
Houston-based Nobilis Health entered into an in-network contract with a large commercial payer at Plano (Texas) Surgical Hospital.
