The Joint Commission named Michael W. Kaba, MBA, MS, chief human resources officer.
Here are four points:
1. Mr. Kaba will oversee all human resources activities, including talent acquisition and development and employee relations.
2. He has more than 20 years of HR, organizational development and business integration experience.
3. Most recently, Mr. Kaba served as the director of talent, diversity and organization in North America for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
4. Mr. Kaba earned his master's degree in business administration at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, based in Evanston, Ill.
