Robert Perry Campbell, MD, has agreed to permanently give up his license and never practice medicine in the United States again after the medical board concluded Dr. Campbell practiced insufficient documentation and improper prescribing, according to the report.
Gerald Wendall Miller, MD, has agreed to an interim stipulated order, under which he will hold on treating and diagnosing diabetes and other endocrine disorders until the medical board completes an investigation into his competency, according to the report.
