Resolute Anesthesia and Pain Solutions, an anesthesia provider in Boca Raton, Fla., has acquired Perth Amboy (N.J.) Anesthesiology and St. Lucie (Fla.) Anesthesia Associates, according to a report from Small Cap Network.
Perth Amboy Anesthesiology employs 23 physicians, and St. Lucie Anesthesia Associates employs eight physicians and 13 CRNAs.
The acquisition helps Resolute expand in a new geographic market and increase its presence in the Florida Market, according to the report.
