Healthcare technology company Intermedix Corporation has acquired Anesthesia Revenue Management.
ARM is a revenue cycle and management service for anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists. The partnership will allow Intermedix to serve its clients in a new aspect of healthcare.
Karen Alford, CEO and co-founder of ARM, will head up the anesthesiology physician services at Intermedix, and Marc Hollerbach, co-founder, will head up the anesthesia business development efforts.
The technology company also acquired Practice Support Resources, a financial management firm, and ESi, a crisis incident management company.
