Anesthesia Consultants of Savannah (Ga.) joined Norcross, Ga.-based anesthesia services provider Epix Healthcare Associates.

2. ACOS comprises 13 anesthesiologists who specialize in cardiac, orthopedic, pediatric, high-risk obstetrics, regional and level 1 Trauma anesthesia.
3. ACOS physicians will now have access to Epix's specialized resources, personnel and technology.
4. Brown Gibbons Lang & Company served as ACOS' exclusive financial adviser.
5. The transaction is the fourth provider services transaction in 10 months for BGL's Healthcare & Life Sciences investment banking practice.
