1. Seattle Pain Relief plans to establish an ambulatory surgical facility in Federal Way, Wash.
2. The facility would offer surgical procedures two days a week and operate as a clinical practice three days a week.
3. Seattle Pain Relief’s ambulatory center will feature one operating room for procedures associated with pain management, such as nerve blocks and joint injections.
4. David Birdsall owns 90 percent of Seattle Pain Relief, and Alexey Ryskin, MD, owns the remaining 10 percent. Dr. Ryskin will be the only owner to use the ambulatory surgery facility.
