Donald Savage, MD, of Kingston Surgery Center authored an article to promote awareness for eye disease in his community of Northeast Pennsylvania.
Dr. Savage, a partner with AMSURG, wrote the op-ed piece published in The Times Leader describing cataract development and reminding readers to protect their vision. August is national cataract awareness month.
Dr. Savage earned his medical degree at Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his residency in ophthalmology at State University of New York.
