Advanced Endoscopy Center (Bronx, N.Y.). Fifteen physicians provide services at Advanced Endoscopy Center. The center solely offers endoscopic services, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy and flexible sigmiodoscopy.
Advanced Endoscopy Center (Vancouver, Wash.). The two-room ASC is 100 percent focused on gastroenterology. The center includes three providers who have collectively performed more than 20,000 procedures. The center offers numerous services, such as colonoscopies, EGD, capsule endoscopy, non-surgical hemorrhoid banding and ERCP.
Allegheny Regional Endoscopy (Altoona, Pa.). The single-specialty GI ASC opened in January 2006. Of the center's case mix, 60 percent are colonoscopies and 40 percent are esophagogastroduodenoscopies. The 6,470-square-foot center is AAAHC-accredited. Seven gastroenterologists practice at Allegheny Regional Endoscopy.

AZ West Endoscopy Center (Phoenix). The free-standing, three-room, Medicare-certified ASC solely offers endoscopic services. Hector Rodriguez, MD; Patrick Lam, DO; Mansur Khan, MD; and Kandarp Patel, DO, founded the ASC. Matthew A. Willden is administrator and Dr. Rodriguez is medical director. Berks Center for Digestive Health (Wyomissing, Pa.). The ASC offers full service endoscopic procedures, and is staffed by Digestive Disease Associates physicians. The center's physicians perform more than 13,000 procedures annually. AAAHC has accredited the Berks Center for Digestive Health.
Burlington County Endoscopy Center (Lumberton, N.J.). Seven physicians provide GI services at the ASC. Procedures include colonoscopy, upper endoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy. AAAHC accredited the center and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy recognized the center for quality.
Carnegie Hill Endoscopy (N.Y.). The 15,000-sqaure-foot ASC opened in 2012. Carnegie Hill Endoscopy solely offers GI services, including colonoscopy, upper GI endoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and hemorrhoid treatment. Twenty-four physicians from 12 practices offer services at the center. It is the first private ASC to affiliate with a Federally Qualified Health Center to offer free colon cancer screenings to the uninsured. Carnegie Hill Endoscopy is EndoChoice's first internationally recognized Fuse Center of Excellence. The center partners with New York City-based Mount Sinai Beth Israel and Physicians Endoscopy. Central Arizona Endoscopy (Mesa, Ariz.). Four physicians provide GI services, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and hemorrhoid banding, at Central Arizona Endoscopy. The ASC has a 100 percent GI case load and is AAAHC accredited.
Dekalb Endoscopy Center (Decatur, Ga.). The three-suite surgery center uses Olympus endoscopy equipment. Equipped with nine recovery beds, the center offers colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy services. Dekalb Endoscopy Center is Medicare certified and AAAHC accredited.
DHA Endoscopy Center (Stoneham, Mass.). Opened in 2006, the surgery center physicians perform gastroscopy, sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy. Eight physicians serve at the ASC. DHA Endoscopy Center is Medicare certified and AAAHC accredited.
Digestive Disease Endoscopy Center (Normal, Ill.). Five physicians offer services at the ASC. The GI services include colonoscopy, ERCP, fecal blood occult test, lower GI series, flexible sigmoidoscopy, upper endoscopy, upper GI series, esophageal dilation, esophageal manometry, liver biopsy and hemorrhoid banding. The ASC is a joint venture between its investors and Advocate BroMenn Medical Center.
Digestive Health Center of Huntington (N.Y.). Digestive Health Center of Huntington is a certified ambulatory endoscopy center that opened in December 2002 by medical director Paul Bermansky, MD, and medical co-director Richard Fried, MD. The center is a two-room facility that performs 4,000 to 5,000 cases per year and continues to grow.
East Side Endoscopy and Pain Management Center (N.Y.). Opened in 2009 as an affiliate of New York City-based Mount Sinai Beth Israel, the ASC has a case mix of 99 percent GI and 1 percent pain. The 8,500-square-foot center holds four procedure rooms and a 14-bed recovery area. East Side Endoscopy and Pain Management Center participates in the GIQuIC registry, contributing quality data measurements. Twenty physicians provide services at the ASC, which is AAAHC-accredited.
Eastside Endoscopy Center (Bellevue and Issaquah, Wash.). Eastside Endoscopy Center has two locations, which were the first endoscopy centers in the area to utilize CO2 rather than room air for procedures. The centers offer upper endoscopy, colonoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy services. Overlake Internal Medicine Associates and Northwest Gastroenterology Associates physicians serve at the ASCs. Elgin (Ill.) Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center. One-hundred percent of the center's case mix is GI. The center is in partnership with Sherman Hospital, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital and Provena St. Joseph's Hospital. All of the board-certified surgeons are on staff at Elgin Gastroenterology Group. Greater Gaston Endoscopy Center (Gastonia, N.C.). In March 2010, gastroenterologists Sam Drake, MD; Bill Watkins, MD; Austin Osemeka, MD; and Neville Forbes, MD, began plans to open Greater Gaston Endoscopy Center. The center submitted their certificate-of-need application in October 2010 and received CON approval in January 2011. An affiliate of Physicians Endoscopy, all of the center's cases are GI-focused. Greenwood (S.C.) Endoscopy Center. The center exclusively performs gastroenterology and endoscopy procedures. It is a part of the Greenwood, S.C.-based Digestive Disease Group physician practice. It is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
Hudson Valley Center for Digestive Health (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.). Hudson Valley Center for Digestive Health is a Physicians Endoscopy affiliate. The center is 100 percent focused on GI procedures. The center opened its doors to patients in July 2012, and is comprised of four gastroenterologists including Mitchell Josephs, MD; Herman Kleinbaum, MD; David Lin, MD; and Eric Teitel, MD. Hudson Valley Center for Digestive Health is Medicare certified and accredited by The Joint Commission.
Island Digestive Health Center (West Islip, N.Y.). Island Digestive Health Center's case mix is 100 percent GI. The center is affiliated with Physicians Endoscopy. The nearly 6,750-square-foot ASC houses three procedure rooms. In 2013, five GI physicians including Kourosh Adhami, MD; Neil Lobo, MD; James Kohlroser, DO; Babak Danesh, MD; and Krishnaiyer Subramani, MD, launched plans to build the center.
