First State Surgery Center (Newark, Del.). The multispecialty surgery center features four ORs. Its physicians performed more than 6,200 orthopedic, pain management, podiatric and spine procedures in 2015. The center was recently licensed as a 23-hour center and is preparing to establish a total joint program.
