Advanced ASC (Redlands, Calif.). The ASC was newly built in 2004 and includes three operating rooms. The facility carries out almost any orthopedic procedure suitable for outpatient surgery and is made up of physicians from Loma Linda (Calif.) University's academic departments and physicians practicing at surrounding community hospitals.
Advanced Surgery Center of Northern Louisiana (Monroe). This ASC was founded in 2012 and began seeing patients in January 2013. Formed through a partnership between Tampa, Fla.-based SurgCenter Development and physicians, the practice offers orthopedic, neurology and otolaryngology services, with 71 percent of all cases being orthopedic.

Blue Ridge Surgery Center (Raleigh, N.C.). Bluegrass Specialty Surgery Center (Lexington, Ky.). Bluegrass Orthopaedic physicians founded the ASC in 2006. It includes a nursing staff, surgical technicians and support personnel who specialize in outpatient orthopedic surgery and pain management procedures, with 98 percent of its cases being orthopedic-based. Owned by Bluegrass Orthopaedics, the ASC runs in a partnership with Tampa, Fla.-based SurgCenter Development.

Orthopedic Associates ASC (Oklahoma City). With five locations throughout Oklahoma, Orthopedic Associates primarily handles an orthopedic case load, but also offers sports medicine and spine services. Eleven providers practice out of the center which has served Oklahoma for more than 40 years.
The Orthopedic & Sports Institute of the Fox Valley (Appleton, Wis.). Ten providers practice out of this Wisconsin-based center featuring seven advanced practice nurses and physician assistants on staff. Orthopedic Surgery Center of Orange County (Newport Beach, Calif.). This AAAHC-accredited center has 36 providers on staff with a majority based in sports medicine. A joint venture between surgeons and Newport Beach, Calif.-based Hoag Orthopedic Institute, the center opened in 1999 adjacent to Hoag Hospital before it relocated in May 2006. The ASC is a subsidiary of Hoag Orthopedic Institute.

Paris (Texas) Surgery Center. This multispecialty center opened in 2014 with the developmental support of Tampa, Fla.-based SurgCenter Development.
