AAAHC taps Noel Adachi as president, CEO — 5 key notes

The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care named Noel M. Adachi its president and CEO.

Here's what you should know:

1. Ms. Adachi will begin her tenure Sept. 5.

2. In the position, Ms. Adachi will be responsible for medical innovation, growth management and executive leadership.

3. Ms. Adachi has 32 years of healthcare experience, with 20 years in executive roles.

4. She most recently served at the College of American Pathologists for 21 years.

5. AAAHC Board Chair Kenneth Sadler, DDS, said in a release, "Noel Adachi has the industry and leadership knowledge to drive growth and innovation while improving healthcare quality through effective accreditation. Her experience in successfully building and sustaining new initiatives will be key for AAAHC as we launch into new areas of growth and development."
