Farmington, N.M.-based San Juan Regional Medical Center acquired San Juan Endoscopy, according to a Farmington Daily Times report.
The endoscopy practice will change its name to San Juan Regional Endoscopy under its new ownership. The acquisition will promote communication and interoperability between providers as well as improve benefits for practice employees.
San Juan Regional Endoscopy provides colonoscopy and upper endoscopy, and will continue providing uninterrupted care for current patients. The three operating room endoscopy center compliments San Juan Regional Medical Center's existing endoscopy services.
