Craig S. Gordon, MD, is a co-founder Houston Gastroenterology Associates. He is a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology and a member of American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and American Gastroenterology Association. He is currently on the staff of Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital in Houston and Christus St. Catherine Hospital in Katy, Texas.
Dr. Gordon has previously served as chief of staff at Saint Joseph Hospital in Houston and a clinical assistant professor of medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and University of Texas School of Medicine, both in Houston. He has also been in private practice since 1979. He founded Houston Gastroenterology Associates with Spencer Li, MD, in 1996. He has won numerous awards over the course of his career, including the Physician Recognition Award from the American Medical Association.
Dr. Gordon received his medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine and completed his residency training in internal medicine at Wilmington (Del.) Medical Center. He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine
