Barry Zamost, MD, is a gastroenterologist who has been practicing in Long Beach since 1981 and is one of the original founders of Long Beach Gastroenterology Associates located in California. Dr. Zamost is board-certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology.
He is a member of various organizations including the American Gastroenterology Associations, American College of Gastroenterology Association, American College of Gastroenterology and Orange County Society of Gastroenterology among various others.
Dr. Zamost earned his medical degree from Boston University and went on to complete his residency at Wadsworth Veterans Hospital in Los Angeles. He completed a gastroenterology fellowship through the combined UCLA-VA program.
