D. Isaac Gaines, MD, is a gastroenterologist at Greenville, S.C.-based Gastroenterology Associates.
Dr. Gaines began his career after earning his medical degree from Birmingham-based University of Alabama. He stayed at the university for his internship and residency before completing a fellowship at Charleston-based Medical University of South Carolina.
