Vancouver, Canada-based CRH Medical acquired a 51 percent stake in Arapahoe Gastroenterology Anesthesia Associates.
Here are five things to know:
1. The deal markets CRH's first acquisition in Colorado, with AGAA providing a Littleton, Colo.-based ambulatory surgery center anesthesia services.
2. At the end of this year, AGAA projects to generate revenue reaching $2.6 million.
3. CRH Medical expects the acquisition to be accretive to the company's EBITDA and cash flow.
4. CRH Medical provides physicians products to treat various GI conditions.
5. Nearly two years ago, CRH Medical acquired Gastroenterology Anesthesia.
