CapsoVision launched its CapsoCloud, an exam management system, on Sept. 8.
Here's what you should know:
1. The CapsoCloud allows providers to extract CapsoCam Plus exam data without having to process the device post-ingestion.
2. After ingestion, the CapsoCam gathers data and transmits it to the CapsoCloud. Providers can access the data through the cloud platform, review and download it. The platform also allows the provider to transfer the data to designated third-party capsule endoscopy reading services.
3. CapsoVision President Johnny Wang said in a release, "Healthcare facilities often spend an excessive amount of time preparing and managing capsule endoscopy equipment. With CapsoCam Plus, we've already eliminated many of those pain points. Now, CapsoCloud further reduces the effort needed to obtain valuable examination data."
