Green Bay, Wis.-based Bellin Health acquired Green Bay-based Gastroenterology Associates.
Here's what you should know:
1. Bellin is rebranding the facility to Bellin Health Gastroenterology.
2. Gastroenterology Associates' four providers will continue to staff the clinic.
3. Gastroenterology Associates patients will now have access to 24/7 scheduling and online patient records.
4. Bellin Health President and CEO George Kerwin said in a release, "This is an opportunity to continue building on the strong reputation of care excellence we’ve established through our many years of partnership. This is another step forward in our ability to deliver coordinated and compassionate care to the patients and families we serve."
