Physicians face various staffing issues within their practices, according to Physicians Practice's "2017 Staff Salary Survey Results."
The survey polled 1,082 physicians.
Here are the six biggest staffing issues:
● Increased workload/ employees performing dual roles: 44.9 percent
● Staff training and skills not up to par: 12.5 percent
● Lack of professionalism among staff: 11.9 percent
● Low motivation among staff: 8.5 percent
● Conflict and tension between staff: 7.6 percent
● Poor customer service: 3.1 percent
