Physicians Realty Trust purchased a medical office building in Cool Springs, Tenn. with an ASC for $10 million, The Nashville Post reports.
Here's what you should know:
1. Physicians Realty Trust is taking over the building which houses the 26,859-square-foot Franklin (Tenn.) Surgery Center.
2. The ASC is coowned by Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health, United Surgical Partners International and several area physicians.
3. The surgery center specializes in ENT, gastroenterology and orthopedic cases.
