Los Angeles-based Orthopaedic Institute for Children held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new ASC.

1. The center is Los Angeles' first ASC designed exclusively for pediatric orthopedic patients.
2. The 13,000-square-foot ASC holds two operating rooms and six pre- and post-surgical suites.
3. Physicians trained in pediatric care will staff the center.
4. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and Orthopaedic Institute for Children CEO Anthony Scaduto, MD, led the ribbon-cutting.
