Montecito Medical Real Estate acquired Flowood, Miss.-based NewSouth NeuroSpine Building, which includes a surgery center.

1. The building is 56,665 square feet.
2. The building's surgery cetner includes pain management services for neurosurgery and orthopedic spine surgery.
3. The center is 6,000 square feet.
4. NewSouth NeuroSpine Building also includes a pain management clinic, 30 exam rooms and a physical therapy center.
