New York City-based Global Medical REIT purchased a medical office building housing the Germantown, Tenn.-based Wolf River Surgery Center for $15.9 million, Memphis Daily News reports.
Here's what you should know:
1. A county assessor listed the value of the property at $7.2 million.
2. Global Medical took out an $8.9 million mortgage to finance the property.
3. Global Medical previously purchased one of Germantown, Tenn.-based Gastro One's properties in December 2015.
