Nobilis Health's total debt was $74.8 million as of March 31.
Tenet Healthcare Corp. selected Jeffrey Welch as its new market CEO. In his role, Mr. Welch will be responsible for Tenet hospitals in the northeast division.
HCA Holdings board of directors voted to rework the company's name. The company's new name will be HCA Healthcare, effective May 8.
Envision Healthcare expects net revenue from continuing operations to hit between $7.8 billion and $8.05 billion for the full year 2018.
