1. The partners formed Great Lakes MSO. The business venture is attempting to acquire complementary practices in Michigan and its surrounding states.
2. Sterling Partners wants to expand Grand Rapids Ophthalmology's geographic footprint.
3. The practice has nine offices in Western Michigan employing 18 optometrists and 11 ophthalmologists.
4. Sterling Partners expects the expansion will center in Michigan before exploring other Midwestern opportunities.
