Envision Healthcare's physician services division acquired Connecticut-based Anesthesia Associates, an anesthesia physician group practice.

1. Three ASCs use the group as their exclusive anesthesia provider.
2. More than 25 clinical professionals comprise the group.
3. Envision plans to grow the group by adding physicians and certified registered nurse anesthetists.
4. Envision Healthcare owns and operates 264 ASCs and one surgical hospital.
